- In case  your flight is delayed, will there be always a driver to accomodate you?

Yes, we know in  real time the schedule of the arrival of all  flights. Thus  don t worry  your driver will  wait for you.

- Can we book a shuttle for another destination than Paris and its area?

Yes, Please contact us to know the rates.

- Is it Necessary to pay for the luggage?

No, the luggage are free. Nevertheless in case of special luggage (very bulky e.g.) please inform us in advance.

- Is it possible to smoke or eat in your shuttles?

By respect to the other passengers,we shall ask you not to smoke and eat in our vehicles.

- How to book ?

- Do you have children rates?

  • Child of less than 3 years = 10 /way - Beavuais's airport 
  • For the children from 3 to 10 years = 15 /way- Beauvais's airport
  • For the children of more than 10 years = Adult rates

- What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?

In case of the cancellation by the customer, the following fees are retained:
  • More than 2 days before the date of transfer (48 hours befor the trip), free cancellation
  • 2 days before the date of transfer, 20% of the entire amount
  • Transfer day before, No refunding.
  • The day of the transfer: No refunding.

- Where should you wait for the driver?

We provide a door to door shuttle service. At the airport, we wait for you at your arrival terminal at the principal exit after the customs. The driver will await  with a panel mentioning your name or a panel with the logo of bets Shuttle France. The day of your departure, we  pick you up at your address  and drop you destination.
